Raking the lawn the other day made me notice the only two crocus (crocuses? crocae?) that have survived a planting made some years ago.
I’m still waiting for other flowers to break out.
Perhaps tomorrow.
Waiting
There is a period of time after snow loss when the forest floor lies exposed and naked.
Then with the warming of the earth, green will burst forth covering the embarrassment.
