As promised , additional fun with a rusty wall on an old building:

There were hundreds more possibilities.

Just colour and pattern and texture.

Rusty II

There are piles of photo possibilities when presented with the weathered exteriors of old buildings.

Use a bit of HDR and this result occurs.

More to follow.

Waiting

This building near the Erie Canal in Pittsford, NY awaits its future.

The puzzle is ready.  What does the future hold?

Rusty

I took a little trip for the past two weeks or so and made a large bunch of photographs.  I’ll post some of them here in the coming days.

This one could be anywhere, but it’s near the Erie Canal in Pittsford, NY.

The siding is on a large two storey building that was once used as a factory/warehouse near the Canal.  It is empty and derelict these days.

We spent some time in the area with our daughter and our grandkids and enjoyed watching them grow.

Green

The greens of spring can be most delicate and varied.

This is the time of the year when this broad spectrum of shades is visible.

Monastic Pond

There is a pond at the old monastary, now part of Nipissing University.

On a calm morning it is quite tranquil.  The greens of spring are just appearing.
