Die Active

The people from Die Active, “an art collective for the young blooded” in Thunder Bay visited North Bay last week and left behind wonderful graffiti. It’s all there in the laneway beside Deegan’s and Michelle’s FrameMaker and Gallery on Main Street.

Come and see!

Respect?

The tunnel underneath the old CN Station was decorated recently by a group who cared about the look of the City.

Additions to the artwork were not long in coming.

The quality of the penmanship and spelling gives some idea of the size of brain involved.

It seems there are some angry people out there.

“Artistic” Graffiti

It’s in an inappropriate place but there seems to be a bit of design behind it:

Reminds me a bit of Marvin the Martian in Bugs Bunny cartoons.

Can’t figure out the heiroglyphics though.

No Talent

The Big Brains with the spray cans have another recruit.

This one has so little talent that he/she won’t last long.

The term “Grafitti Artist” is a joke when used here.

Art or Graffiti?

Seen on a sidewalk near the Grand River in Cambridge.

Should spelling count?

End of the Line?

Rather depressing to see this old caboose sitting in the sand.

There is hope for a new career as a museum piece near our waterfront.

Looking forward to that in the near future.

Silverpixel has recently posted some very neat photographs of this collection of ONR memorabilia.

More Art

This guy is living on the wall of one of the alleys here.

Just around the corner from Jack and Doug!

You don’t think it could be one of them?

Naaahhh…
