Yesterday’s storm has provided a blanket to huddle under.

We visited the West Coast two summers ago. This was made on the way to Victoria from Tsawwassen.

Laurier Birches
I’m just discovering Laurier Woods. It is a marvellous place.
Easily accessible, popular with birders and walkers (alone and with children and/or pets), the opportunity of get out in the bush and experience the joy is one of the neat things about living in North Bay.
Little things like this birch group present themselves around every corner.
A true gem.
