Waterfront Tulips

The gardens on the Waterfront are just beginning to bloom. Early tulips and Daffodils will be followed shortly with many other of the wonderful mix of plants that theVolunteer Gardeners care for.

Railway Town

North Bay was founded as a Railway Town and it still is. For now.

Railway Town

The blue locomotive in the foreground was part of the Northlander Train but has been out of service for some years now.

If I recall correctly the locomotive and cars were in use in Europe before being acquired by the ONR and brought to North America in the mid-70’s.
