Backyard Barn

Behind a neat house in Chisolm Township stands this doomed barn.

The damaged roof allows water onto the beams and floors.  Farm friends tell me that is the beginning of the end because of the rot that sets in.

    They’re probably sitting on a good source of revenue – I have heard that people buy wood from old barns. Re-claimed barn wood is a big thing for “city” folks…
