It’s amazing how long the trees hold it’s apples. I have a crab apple tree in my front yard. There was a cluster of 5 apples left, till last week when we had that real cold spell at night (-33). They were on the ground the following day.
Great shot of the crab apple tree Robert, they do offer nice colour to a monochromatic scene.
Thanks John. I think it’s remarkable that there are at the moment, very few birds around the tree. I should think that the little apples would make decent food. Perhaps later on, getting closer to spring.
I am a grey haired wrinkler who lives in the North of Ontario in God's Country.
I get to look around me and take interest in things that I was always too busy to stop and investigate.
I make a lot of photographs of some of them.
Prints of any photograph published on photodyssey are available.
