When the weather is cold and it takes forever for the school bus to come, a little shelter is welcome.
Today it’s nicer to stand outside and wait.
I had a very pleasant conversation with the lady of the house. Turns out that she and her kids built it without male supervision. It’s a bit crooked and it needs some painting again but it has stood for four years and there are quite a few more left in it. Without doubt, it is a very cheery sight at the end of the day when the kids get off the bus.

the without ‘male supervision’ is a very telling statement., and it made my smile widen out of all proportion…It looks so….sweet… xx
